Once the signed quote has been submitted, what is the next step?

Upon receipt of your documents, we check that we have all the required documents and information.
If your file is not complete, we will ask you for the missing documents again.

If your file is complete, we will send you an email to confirm it.
A few days before the desired transport date, we will confirm by email either the drop-off or collection of your luggage.
