What happens if the weight and dimensions of my baggage are different from the estimate?

Upon receipt of your luggage in our warehouse, we will check the weight and dimensions of each piece of luggage.
If your service is an express courier service, the carrier (DHL/TNT), the carrier will tell us the difference in weight and volume after collection of your luggage.
Following this check, we will readjust the price in the final invoice.
